Start a Smart Appliance RFQ

Contact Dyson when your team needs a sourcing conversation that includes product category, target market, compliance scope, packaging route and after-sales support. The contact page is intentionally practical. Instead of asking you to """shop""" a consumer catalog, it asks for the information a B2B appliance team needs to qualify an opportunity: what appliance family you are building, where it will be sold, what channel will carry it, how soon samples are needed and which claims must be documented. The more complete your note, the faster Dyson can return a useful sourcing route.

What to include in your inquiry

A strong RFQ is more than a model name. Please include the product category, expected annual volume, target market, required sales channel, appliance feature priorities and the documents your buyer or retailer expects. For a cordless vacuum, mention runtime, charging, filtration and accessory bundle. For a hair tool, mention temperature range, finish, plug type and packaging style. For an air purifier, mention room size assumption, filter requirement, CADR documentation and sensor logic.

Dyson will use that information to prepare a response that separates what is ready, what needs testing, and what should not be claimed without evidence. This protects your procurement timeline and helps your marketing team avoid unsupported language. If your project is early, a rough brief is fine; the first response will identify the missing decisions.
